DCG is an independent and privately owned firm. Our mission is to support public and private employers operate efficient, compliant and beneficial retirement plans for their employees. We provide proactive fiduciary guidance, passion-driven leadership and counsel on both qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. We take a “client-first” approach with all our services, built upon the pure desire to place our clients in the center of the market universe regardless of a plan size, for the best possible outcomes to work toward their Plan goals. Considering the current environment within the banking, financial and insurance sectors, we believe this “client-first” service expectation should be adopted by all employers.
