About Howard H. Daher

Howard H. Daher is President and founder of Daher Capital Group, LLC.

With over 14 years experience in the retirement Plans area, Howard’s core skill sets are providing fiduciary services, plan design consulting, vendor negotiations and investment analytics to his clients, while also educating employees to become better retirement  planners and savers. 

Prior to forming DCG, Howard has spent his career working with some of the largest retirement plan providers such as The Principal Financial Group and MetLife, launching one of the first open architecture, NAV platforms in the industry. His advisor and consultant experiences include partner of a regional benefits firm in Palm Beach, as well as consultant and Area Vice President of Retirement Plans in Florida for Arthur J. Gallagher & Company.

Howard’s expertise in the retirement plan industry is not typically seen in the advisor or consulting community. His career experience in this area of benefits and his technical understanding of the regulatory environment instills confidence and trust within each client, delivering exceptional service support, solutions and attention to each client and their specific Plan needs. In building DCG, Howard recognizes that fiduciaries look for leadership, direction and counsel prior to making retirement Plan decisions. Howard built DCG for Plan fiduciaries with that service mind-set always primary, with accountability, urgency and passion in the services provided.

Howard holds a series 7, 66 and 63 securities registration, including a life & health insurance license. Howard’s industry memberships include The American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), with educational background and credentials including the designation of Plan Sponsor Professional, assigned by Plan Sponsor Magazine to dedicated qualified plan experts in the area of retirement benefits. Howard also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary ® designation from FI360. This designation signifies his ability to manage investment processes in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Center of Fiduciary Studies. Howard enjoys participating in speaking engagements within the industry, and has presented several seminars and served as a panelist member on fiduciary and qualified plan topics with the SPARK organization.
 
Howard currently resides in Wellington, Florida with his wife Stacey and two daughters, Olivia and Grace. Miley, their chocolate lab is also an important member of their family.
